Dear Exhibitors,
We have been meticulously monitoring the political developments in Nepal in order to make a prudent assessment of holding the 11th GAI FBH 2025 in early November.
We have decided to postpone the 11th GAI Food & Beverage and Hospitality 2025 to the last week of November after consulting political analysts and the Home Ministry District Administration. There is a high possibility of political disturbances and security risk during the presently scheduled days of November 5-8th, 2025. Thus, in order to safeguard the interest of exhibitors and to ensure ideal operation of FBH expo, the dates of the event is postponed to the end of November, 2025. The exact dates shall be announced immediately after Diwali.
We regret for any inconvenience that may be caused by the postponement but it saves the exhibitors and the exhibition from further harm caused by potential political disturbances and violence. We look forward to a great edition of Food & Beverage and Hospitality at the end of November. Thank you for your kind understanding and patience.
Note: The Exhibitors Briefing scheduled for October 14th, 2025 (tomorrow) is also postponed to November 7th, 2025.
